About You:
As a Regional HR Business Partner at Creative Education Trust, you will use your expertise in people management to support school leaders in fostering a well-organised, high-performing environment that enhances educational outcomes for students. You will also provide HR support to our Head Office team. Our ideal candidate will:
Be highly resilient, resourceful, and professional.
Demonstrate determination and a drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.
Inspire confidence and build strong relationships with school principals and colleagues.
Hold a degree and be CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above.

The HR Team at Creative Education Trust provides professional, pragmatic and solutions-focused support to our schools on all people-related matters. It is responsible for the delivery of our People Strategy, which helps to make each of our academies a great place to work and Creative Education Trust an employer of choice for teaching and non-teaching professionals. Our experienced team help Principals and Head Teachers create the right environment to attract, engage and retain a high-performing workforce in order to deliver an excellent education to our students.
