Job Description
As Regional HR Business Partner (People Partner), you will act as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders across multiple sites. Working closely with regional management, site teams, and central support functions, you will lead on people matters across a geographically dispersed workforce. Key responsibilities include: Driving the delivery of the people agenda, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practice in people management and employee relations. Providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
Leading on complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism. Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives across multiple sites. Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders to enable high performance and engagement.
