What Will You Do?
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise further and to support organisations across the region.
The South West Councils HR service consists of a small, highly supportive team. We are looking for a proficient HR Advisor to join as one of our experts.
The successful candidate will have a varied workload. This will range from responding to day-to-day employment enquires to conducting complex and/or potentially politically sensitive investigations. Amongst other things, you will also advise at grievance/disciplinary/appeal hearings and deliver employment-related training.
What Skills/Experience Do You Need?
We are looking for someone who has experience of providing employment advice to managers and customers, has excellent presentation and negotiating skills, and is capable of working on their own initiative. If you would like the opportunity to use your experience to provide advice and consultancy support to a wide variety of different organisations who need our assistance in addressing employment issues, this job is for you!
