As the Regional Integrity Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers, driving the design development process for electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) projects. You'll ensure engineering excellence, champion innovation, and deliver value through smart, risk-based decisions all while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the design development process for EC&I projects, from scope definition to conceptual design.
Managing and mentoring a team of up to 10 engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Overseeing technical query reviews, process safety assessments, design reviews, and site inspections.
Ensuring compliance with quality management systems (including ISO9001), investigating non-conformances, and implementing lessons learned.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, contractors, consultants, and various business units.
Planning and delivering multiple concurrent projects, from initial scope through to commissioning and close-out.
Proposing design development options and supporting campaign decision panels.

Key Requirements & Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in introducing and managing design development processes for engineering projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with previous management experience.
Deep understanding of engineering design processes, ideally within gas transmission or similar sectors.
Commercial mindset with a focus on value, innovation, and compliance.
Knowledge of ISO9001 and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Valid UK driving license.
