This role offers flexible remote working; however, candidates must be based within a commutable distance of our Buckingham office, as attendance is required every Monday to collaborate with the team. Basic salary of 35k - 45k, plus bonus.

Due to company growth, we are now looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to further expand our market share and customer base.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role within our external sales team, driving revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies across your assigned region.
This is an exciting and dynamic position where you'll proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage. Working closely with the internal account manager, you'll develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets.
You'll spend 2-4 days a week visiting customers for face-to-face meetings, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and identifying new opportunities to grow our business.
