About the Role


Ready to make your mark in the automotive world? We're looking for a driven, challenger to help launch and grow Changan -- one of the fastest-growing car brands globally -- right here in the UK.

As a Regional Lead, you'll be at the forefront of building our dealer network, driving sales performance, and shaping how customers experience our brand across either the Northern or Southern region.

What We're Looking For:


You've got a degree -- and some automotive industry experience, but more importantly, you've got the drive and ambition to leave your mark on the UK auto sector
You hold a full UK driving licence and love getting out there to make things happen.
You're confident with numbers, spreadsheets, and strategic planning.
You think commercially, act proactively, and communicate with impact.
You're a people person -- comfortable building relationships with dealers, partners, and internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Spot and onboard the right dealers to represent our brand across key cities and regions.
Build strong partnerships with franchisees to drive performance, meet targets, and deliver amazing customer experiences.
Use data and KPIs to track what's working and what's not -- and turn those insights into action.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to help shape our UK sales strategy.
Support dealers in bringing Changan's brand identity to life through standout showrooms and experiences.
