We are expanding our in-house Regional Maintenance Technician team to strengthen service delivery, reduce reliance on contractors and provide consistent, hands-on support across our residential portfolio.

This is a permanent and practical role, designed for an experienced maintenance professional who takes pride in their work, responds quickly to issues, and delivers excellent customer service. The Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work across multiple sites, travelling regionally to deliver a wide range of maintenance tasks, including void/property turnaround, tenant repairs, compliance checks, and communal upkeep.

The successful candidate will have a trade bias (such as plumbing, decorating, or joinery), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to complete work to a high standard on the first visit.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out decoration and property turnaround works (voids and check-outs).

Undertake minor plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs.

Complete tenant repairs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Waste removal (internal and external).

Support with block inspections, fire alarm testing, and compliance-related tasks.

Provide key/security support when required.

Accurately log all jobs and material usage using QED's maintenance software.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Proven, 3-5 years' experience in general property maintenance (essential).

Trade background/skills in plumbing, decorating, or joinery (essential).

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with a resident-focused approach.

Full UK driving licence (essential).

Reliable, proactive, and flexible to travel regionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
