We are seeking to appoint a kind, compassionate and caring

Regional

Manager

to join our team. We have a full time contract available. The candidate needs to be flexible. This has a excellent rate of 75k per annum! Plus NMC Fee paid, paid training, support with revalidation and free onsite parking. The role is a travelling role as you will be expected to travel across the portfolio of care homes, you will need a full driving license and use of your own car, we do pay mileage. The locations of the region are Sale, Stock Port, Salford, Berry, Bolton, Wythenshawe and Wilmslow.

Role Responsibilities:



Ensure each Home/General Manager leads their teams to provide excellent delivery of business performance, commercial success and quality targets by carrying out quality audits within agreed timescales to ensure all areas of the Home are meeting high standards in all areas. Provides reports on the region's performance positively influencing culture, improving ways of working and developing appropriate policies, procedures and systems within the Company. Supporting Home/General Managers with Coroners investigations and procedures. Develop and work with the Home/General Managers to develop progressive business and action plans for all homes in the region. Enable and drive performance to achieve revenue, EBITDA targets, and overall business goals. Provide visionary leadership, motivating Home/General Managers and their teams to exceed expectations. Champion within regions to ensure residents' dignity, choices, and human rights are met at all times. Work with other Regional staff to ensure consistency, support for the Homes and their staff.

Skills and experience required:



Experience in Elderly care is essential. Confidence and flexibility. Registered Nurse with a Valid PIN Evidence of knowledge relating to the care of older people in order to undertake the coaching and support of Home Managers Demonstrate a professional manner and appearance Demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate and motivate a team Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and handle emergency situations effectively
