Regional Manager
Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced regional manager, with a proven track record. Someone who can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and can deliver high end strategic results for us.
The successful candidates portfolio will consist of care homes for older people and these will be based in Greater Manchester, West and South Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Operations Manager and Care Quality Auditor.

About You:
Above all, we're looking for kind and caring people who want a job where they can really make a difference to people's lives. You'll also need:
Good communication skills, to communicate with the residents, families, and management team. Previous experience working in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential. A committed and organised approach.
Key requirements we are looking for;
Proven track record of ensuring homes run efficiently and are regulatory compliant Understands governance and risk Strong communicator who is able to function to a high level in formal environments Hold a current driving licence Travel will be done in working hours of 8am - 4pm with a starting location as Head Office in Ashton Under Lyne Able to support and aid development of services and home managers
