30,597 per annum + 750 quarterly bonus + Company Car

About the Role
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams? We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our Midlands and Ireland team, driving success and delivering outstanding results for our client. This role offers the opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team to achieve key business objectives and ensure the success against the client's objectives. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic regional field team across the country. You will be accountable for your territory and for recruiting, developing, and motivating your team to ensure the success against the client's objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing field team
Motivate and manage regional teams to consistently achieve business objectives
Foster strong relationships with field teams, colleagues, and stakeholders
Ensure excellent execution of brand strategies and drive sales success
Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and provide coaching, with overnights where necessary
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficient practices
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
Handle adhoc requests and keep on top of admin
Lead and inspire a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and managing field teams.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to juggle admin and adhoc requests alongside store visits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving licence

Additional Information
Primary working hours are 8.30am-6pm. Standard expectations of working weeks will be 2 weekends on, 1 off so for example:
Week 1 - Tuesday - Saturday
Week 2 - Tuesday - Friday & Sunday
Week 3 - Monday - Friday
