Job Description
Stephen James Consulting are representing a high growth elderly care provider, in their search for a Regional Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for a portfolio of Care Homes across Yorkshire.
- You will form part of senior leadership team (SMT) whose focus is to provide the best quality care across the organisation to cement their reputation as one the leading regional providers in the country.
- The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio Care Homes.
- You will lead the development on your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term.
- You will have significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams, with a management or leadership qualification.
- In depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process
- Experience in managing organisational change effectively leading to service improvement
- Able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, within a fast-paced care environment
- Ideally have experience of care home integration would be a distinct advantage.

The role of Regional Manager is offering 75,000 - 80,000 + Car Allowance salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
