Role Overview
The Regional Manager will report directly to England Partnership & Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the organisation with external stakeholders across private, public, and third sectors.
Develop and implement the engagement strategy and business plan for the region.
Drive increased traffic and engagement with our guidance and services to support improved business and customer outcomes.
Grow awareness of and trust in our brands.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure regional delivery aligns with overall business strategy.
Plan and deliver forums and events, manage communications and external affairs in the region to improve customer access to help and support.
Share strategic approaches and good practices related to debt, money, and pensions advice with external stakeholders.
Identify and manage reputational risks within the region.
Engage with employers to improve employee management of money, debt, and pensions.
Foster collaboration between organisations in the region to maximise impact.
Support marketing campaigns and deliver local media interviews as applicable.
Provide insights from external interactions to shape future strategy.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
Expertise in relationship and key account management with a proven ability to influence and engage organisations.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of organisations in both private and public sectors.
Strong understanding of local policy and its relevance to organisational goals.
Experience in the Money, Debt, Pensions, and advice sector is highly desirable.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent presentation and networking skills.
Demonstrable project management skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Must
have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be invited to a friendly, informal telephone interview with the Reed team. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience and gain further insight into the role.
Step 3: Final Stage Interview
Week commencing: 26th January (Subject to change)
The final stage of the interview process will be held virtually and will focus on a series of competency-based questions designed to assess your skills and experience.
