We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, expanding market share, and ensuring achievement of ambitious revenue targets.

This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing large sales teams while delivering consistent results in competitive markets.

Educational Qualifications:



Any Graduate degree MBA/PGDM preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Leadership



Monitor and analyze key regional performance metrics including sales figures, team productivity, client portfolio status, and receivables management Develop accurate revenue forecasting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual periods Identify market opportunities and challenges, creating comprehensive action plans to achieve sales targets Present detailed sales performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management Drive regional market expansion and competitive positioning strategies

Team Management & Development



Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams across the region Design and implement comprehensive training programs for skill development and product knowledge Conduct regular performance management reviews and career development discussions Build strong team rapport through consultative leadership and mentoring approaches Manage teams of 40+ individuals with proven leadership methodologies

Sales Operations & Execution



Track and measure performance metrics to optimize sales productivity and efficiency Implement incentive structures and sales promotions to drive team performance Target and secure sales opportunities across key accounts for company products and services Conduct daily sales presentations and product demonstrations alongside team members Ensure systematic follow-up processes to achieve timely deal closures Oversee payment collection processes according to company terms and policies

Market Intelligence & Strategy



Collect comprehensive market feedback and competitive intelligence Provide strategic updates to management for informed business planning Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships Develop market penetration strategies for untapped business segments Ensure adherence to sales processes and operational requirements

Essential RequirementsProfessional Experience



Leadership Experience:

Sales Processes:

Expert knowledge of sales acquisition processes and methodologies
