About The Role:




Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00



We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager (Soft Services) to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's sites across the region.


Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contract with respect to cleaning. Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification. Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service. Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints. Full management control of people resources and responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal of staff Have direct reports in a specified geographic area (40-70 approx) Be responsible for in the region of 50 to 70 buildings within their specified geographic area

Financial responsibility:




Financial responsibility (Amount in s and type of Budgets e.g. people, projects etc and whether they have indirect or direct responsibility for the finances to be added in to Additional Information) Identifies ways to reduce cost. Work within a given budget, usually without authorised spending of their own.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:




Any offer of employment will be subject to gaining full security vetting clearance (NPPV2 as will need access to sites).




Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills. Highly organised and detail conscious. Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality. Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues. Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs. Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business. Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
