About the Role

As our

Business Development Manager - Downstream based in the south of England

, you'll be the driving force behind growth in a critical segment of our business. You'll champion our full suite of Omega Air solutions -- from purification and filtration, generation to condensate management, monitoring systems, and integrated service packages.

What You'll Do

Build and expand relationships with end-users, distributors, and OEM partners Identify downstream opportunities that make a measurable impact on customer performance Deliver consultative technical support that translates needs into tailored solutions Shape regional strategy and hunt for new markets, applications, and partnership channels Collaborate with engineering, service, and product teams to keep our edge razor-sharp

What You Bring

Proven experience in compressed air, industrial equipment, or process engineering A commercial mindset powered by curiosity, resilience, and technical insight Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills A passion for solving problems that matter and delivering value customers can feel
