Regional MRO Specialist

To continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate person to join our team as Regional MRO Specialist, based in on North Tyneside office and on various sites. This is a hybrid role interacting with both our customer base and SOS staff daily. You must possess good inter-personal skills to allow you to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a pro-active individual who has the ability problem solve, in order to find the best solution for our customers problems.

The Role
Reporting to your line manager you will effectively maintain and develop relationships with customers.

Key Accountabilities on site

To provide comprehensive support to the Sites Maintenance and Engineering team and develop productive working relationships. Work closely with the customer procurement and purchasing team. To monitor and proactively deal with customer enquiries face to face. Proactively managing stores stock and managed inventory systems based on customer sites. Follow-up outstanding quotations to customers. Gather and compile information and reports when required. Support preparation and writing of reports, and other documents where required. Assist with the implementation of new maintenance stores on customer sites. Customer Service experience. Stored management experience desirable. From an MRO/Industrial Supply background preferred but not essential. Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours:

Mon - Thur 8.00am - 4.30pm

Fri 8.00am - 2.30pm
