Are you a driven operations leader with a passion for product management and innovation? Grease Monkey Scotland is looking for a Regional Operations and Product Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations while driving product success and contributing to wider business growth.
This role is primarily focused on our regional operations, but some responsibilities extend across markets, supporting broader business projects and strategy.
Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
: Oversee logistics, supply chain, staffing and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Technology Integration
: Introduce and manage supply chain management and stock control technologies to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Product Management
: Monitor product performance, ensure availability and use customer insights to drive improvements and support new launches.
Sales & Marketing Support
: Partner with sales and marketing to deliver campaigns, explore new channels, and ensure product knowledge is shared across teams.
Inventory & Supply
: Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate restocking and manage warehousing where required.
Customer Support
: Act as a key contact for product-related issues, resolving complaints and driving satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting
: Track performance metrics, forecast demand and ensure operational targets are met.
Cost & Budget Management
: Manage costs efficiently, working with Finance to keep within budget while supporting growth.
Collaboration
: Work cross-functionally with product development, HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams to align operations with business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management and product management (regional and broader scope).
Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management including familiarity with supply chain and stock control technologies.
Experience with product design principles; software skills in SolidWorks, CAD, or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proactive, growth-focused mindset with the ability to balance efficiency and innovation.
Willingness to get your hands dirty. This role combines both office/computer work and warehouse/installations of the product.
Full and clean drivers licence with the ability to drive a van plus trailer.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience
The position is eligible for our discretionary bonus scheme
