We are seeking a proven Regional Operations Manager to take accountability for asset data governance and account assurance across a high-profile hard services portfolio.


Reporting to the Technical Operations and Compliance Manager, and working in matrix support to the Key Account Director, this role will drive operational excellence, technical assurance, and consistent performance across multiple countries.


The postholder will work closely with local Operational Performance teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery, client satisfaction, risk mitigation, and data integrity.





This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring facility engineering activities operate efficiently, consistently and within contractual, statutory and quality standards.


The Regional Operations Manager will lead initiatives that deliver cost savings, consistency of process, improved compliance, and service optimisation while fostering a "one team" culture aligned with ISS behaviours and values.


Key Responsibilities




Lead and oversee asset management delivery including registers, tagging, CAFM updates and maintenance planning. Develop asset management frameworks including AMP, SAMP, policies, and supporting procedures. Supervise and assure TFM contractors' compliance with ISO 55001 and risk management best practice. Ensure maintenance procedures align with SFG20/manufacturer guidance. Maintain and assure asset data accuracy across CAFM platforms. Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance on asset performance. Lead development of forward maintenance registers and support lifecycle planning. Support cost-saving initiatives and technical optimisation across the account. Ensure governance and technical service delivery meets statutory and contractual standards. Champion Health & Safety excellence and a zero-harm culture.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications




Qualifications & Experience


Experience in technical services within a building services / IFM environment. Strong background in Hard FM contract delivery with proven success in asset/data management. Experience operating in a similar regional or portfolio role.
Skills & Competencies


Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and client engagement capability. Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative mindset. Commercially aware with understanding of service contracts and value optimisation. High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach. Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Confident in developing and improving processes, governance and reporting mechanisms. Competent with CAFM systems and IT literate.
