Regional Operational Manager
to lead and develop our children's homes across theNorth West
region.Key Responsibilities
Hold and maintain
Responsible Individual (RI)
status. Support and guide Home Managers to achieveGood or Outstanding Ofsted
ratings. Ensure homes operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements and best safeguarding practices. Providestrategic oversight
and hands-on operational leadership. Support the growth and opening of new homes in line with organisational values and standards.What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience
managing a children's home ratedGood or above
by Ofsted. Proven ability tolead, influence, and inspire
teams to deliver high-quality care. Demonstrated skills inleadership, communication
, andfinancial management
. Strong knowledge ofOfsted frameworks
, safeguarding, and residential childcare regulations.Responsible Individual experience
