What You'll Do

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring services meet and exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards Lead and develop clinical teams, providing mentorship, training, and performance management Ensure CQC compliance, incident management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards Manage operational efficiency, optimising patient flow and resource allocation across mobile and fixed-site services Work closely with business development and operations teams to enhance service delivery and expand partnerships Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with host sites and referrers Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical performance

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' clinical experience, with proven leadership in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC, IRMER/IRR, and quality frameworks Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple services and priorities Familiar with operational and financial principles, including rota management and P&L awareness Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
