Energy management can be complex and time-consuming for many businesses, Troo's mission is to remove that pain, guided by our core values of Fairness, Transparency, and Helpfulness in everything we do. We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Regional Partnership Manager to take ownership of key white-label relationships, deliver growth, and drive new business opportunities.

You'll act as both a relationship builder and a commercial growth partner, nurturing existing partnerships while creating new revenue streams through lead generation, engagement, and consultative selling. You'll become the face of Troo within your region, building trust with partner members, attending events, and identifying opportunities that turn into measurable results.

This is a field-based role where you'll spend most of your time meeting with partner teams, engaging members, and attending sector events. National travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.

Driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, cross-selling, and upselling across your region. Working to KPIs and targets for lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue contribution. Building a deep understanding of partner sectors to identify new sales opportunities and tailor solutions. Proactively engaging with partner members through regular contact, events, and networking activities to increase awareness and sales. Scheduling and leading regular meetings with regional directors and member groups to strengthen relationships and maximise engagement. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless flow of quality leads and conversion opportunities. Creating and implementing regional engagement plans to achieve agreed commercial objectives. Providing insights and feedback to the wider business to help shape future partnership and marketing strategies. Representing Troo at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, always looking for ways to enhance visibility and generate new business. Contributing ideas for campaigns, events, and initiatives that align with current industry trends and member interests. Managing your territory effectively, balancing partner management, sales activity, and reporting.

About you:

Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or account management, ideally in a target-driven environment. A strong record of achieving sales KPIs and revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills. Experience in event management or field sales would be advantageous. Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative, and remote team.
