As a Regional Project Manager - Oracle Implementation, based in London, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading a suite of Oracle projects including HCM, Finance, EPM, Integrations, and more. You\'ll have the chance to work with a diverse and talented team, collaborate with Implementation Partners, and be a driving force behind the success of our projects.

How you will contribute

  • Deliver projects through effective financial and budgetary management to work within tolerances and achieve value for money.
  • Engage and work with Head office program manager and Implementation partner/Team multiple Business Unit heads project teams and suppliers to ensure detailed (and effective) project plans are in place and agreed.
  • Work with Finance, HR and IT Management/Leadership across the region ensuring appropriate maintenance and visibility of the project portfolio in the region.
  • Ensure status updates, Risks/issues and other project updates are in place, tested and up to date as well as communicated in a appropriately to all key stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Work collaboratively with all parties to understand the multiple objectives and limitations from an operational and project perspective enabling the identification on unintended consequences, management of dependencies and ensuring an aligned delivery of the entire ERP product.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, Scope, Cost, Time and Resources across all projects within scope.
  • Participate in project reviews with the business to ensure effective and efficient IT services deployment.
  • Validate and sign off completion of project deliverables and milestones, initiating milestone payments as appropriate.
  • Business case preparation and support where required for functional leads.
  • Drive appropriate continuous business improvement processes throughout the project duration ensuring lessons are learnt and adaptations put in place for maximum business benefit.
  • To be always an ambassador for the company internally and externally.
  • Comply with Fatal Risk Standards, Health & Safety Policy, and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and \'near misses\' in accordance with defined safety procedures.

Your key qualifications

Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in Business Management or equivalent. IT qualification with Project Management expertise (PMP or similar preferred).

Proven ERP project management experience, including outsourced/commercialized environments.

Track record of successfully managing large projects in Europe, with knowledge of GDPR, Works Council, Local Tax, and employment laws.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in managing complex projects across multiple countries and regions.

Proven budget management skills, delivering value for money and forecasting needs.

Preferred experience in end-to-end Europe-based project implementations, including country-specific requirements.

Prince2 or similar Project Management qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with Oracle OUM methodology and Oracle business accelerators is a plus.

Ability to inspire and cultivate a performance-driven culture within the team.

Actively seeks opportunities for improvement and innovation to support business goals.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, particularly with senior management and European business units.

Effective collaboration and communication with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Strong persuasion and commercial negotiation skills, maintaining strategic relationships.

Proficient in presenting complex information to diverse audiences in various forums.

Competent in budget development, tracking, and expenditure management.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Knowledge of new products and trends in the market.

Proficiency in both English and (preferably) German languages is a fundamental requirement for this position.
