Shift patterns: Mon - Fri ( 8:30 -16:30)
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD
We're now looking for a Regional Quality Manager, to lead and manage the regional quality agenda across multiple food storage sites within the 3PL network, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in quality performance,
• will be resposnisble for embedding a culture of operational excellence, and ensuring robust quality systems are in place to safeguard product integrity throughout the supply chain
• Will act as the key liaison between operational teams, customers, and regulatory bodies, providing expert guidance and assurance on all matters related to food quality and safety.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficient in quality systems and reporting tools
• Line Management experiance - essential
• Proven experience in food safety and quality management within a logistics or warehousing environment
• Pest control and prevention awareness.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS - , and UK/EU food safety regulations -essential
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• Happy to travel 50% of the time to site in the divisional regions
