Regional Sales Agent

Cardiff and Newport Area

Basic and Commission: OTE 45,000+

Full-Time, Flexible working hours

We are looking to continue the success of our growing organisation by recruiting Regional Sales Agents to join our dynamic, sales driven business. You will be a self-motivated individual with a track record in sales, ideally in a face-to-face environment.

The ability to build customer rapport is essential, we have many happy returning customers. You'll need to be passionate and knowledgeable of the products we sell, and be able to communicate with customers in a clear friendly straightforward manner.

Essential:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in home sales

Experience in lead generation or a Door to Door sales background

Be able to deliver sales pitches in customers' homes which convert into sales

Full driving licence

How much can you earn?

The role offers a competitive basic salary along with a generous commissions scheme, With the right mindset and ambition you have opportunity to earn 45,000.00 per year. As a Regional Sales Agent you'll be allocated your own postcode locations, provided with centrally generated leads and be responsible for generating your own leads through social media and traditional sales techniques. We'll give you all the support and tools you need to help you achieve your sales targets.

All territories have centrally paid advertising support.
