Business Development / Sales Consultant - Ireland (Remote)

60,000-70,000 base + Uncapped Commission | OTE ~150k+

We're supporting a growing professional services business that works with owners who are thinking about their future. The conversations are warm, meaningful, and genuinely interesting -- every business is different and every story unique.

This is a consultative sales role. You'll meet business owners (both online and in person), understand what they're trying to achieve, explain how the service works, and guide them towards a decision.

What you'll be doing

Meeting business owners (video + face-to-face)

Understanding their goals and where they're heading

Presenting solutions with confidence

Winning new instructions

Managing your own diary + territory

Representing the brand in a polished, credible way

50,000-60,000 base

Uncapped commission (OTE around 150k+)
