As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports for analysis.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a management role within B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards success.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
