We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to help develop our learner acquisition programs?across Government funded courses and skills bootcamps within the construction sector.
The role reports directly to the Regional Sales Director and will have direct interaction with various departments, multiple areas and senior managers across the business.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication and people skills to motivate your team. Ideally you will have previous experience within a training organisation and have a good understanding of delivery activities.
As a Telesales Adviser at Construction Helpline, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance with CSCS cards, CITB tests, NVQs, and construction training services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information to help them book the right services. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting agreed sales targets.
