We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximising the gross contribution from the sale of specific traded products nationally through the 3rd Party Desk. You will also be sourcing new sales opportunities, by selling to existing and potential customers working very closely with the external Sales Specialists.
Duties
Responsibility for specific third party product sales against a budget, including campaigns, targets, performance and results.
Work with Sales Specialists in all regions to increase the contribution, margin, volume and minimise bad debt.
Work with the Customer Service Desk to ensure follow up on product specific monthly campaigns when required.
Following marketing strategies set by the management to increase contribution.
Consistent use of the CRM system, in line with managements expectations, to improve client records, product history and other key information points for the Company.
Manage changes in product prices with manufacturers as they occur relaying price increase/decreases to national Sales Specialists.
Working within the team managing the inbound calls, but with a specific focus on outbound calling
Attendance of monthly sales meetings in the allocated region, to maximise relationship building with Sales Specialists (Attendance of Agri-events is not expected, but available)
* Any other reasonable request, reasonably made by the management in relation to the third party business
