About the Role
We're hiring Regional Sales Managers to support our expansion across the Northern UK ethnic channel. Reporting into the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within assigned ethnic retail and wholesale accounts.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
- Execute sales plans and ensure in-store visibility and availability of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity across your territory.
- Provide regular updates on performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional activity.
- Ensure effective in-store execution and high standards of product representation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including logistics and customer service.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a field sales role within the FMCG or ethnic food sector.
- Solid knowledge of the Northern ethnic trade landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
