Petroassist UK & Ireland is part of the global Petrotec Group, a leading manufacturer and integrator of forecourt and retail fuel technologies. Operating across more than 80 countries, the Petrotec Group develops and supports a wide range of systems including fuel dispensers, forecourt controllers, outside payment terminals (OPTs), tank gauges, EV charging solutions, and retail POS software.
Petroassist Ireland operates via a channel sales model, working with established local distributors and partners who deliver our solutions to forecourt operators and commercial clients. We support our partners with training, pre-sales assistance, and technical expertise to drive joint success.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our distributor network across Ireland. This role is focused on partner management, channel development, and sales enablement, working closely with local distribution companies to expand the market reach of Petroassist's portfolio.
You will act as the primary commercial contact for distributors--building strategic relationships, supporting technical enablement, and helping partners to develop their own customer pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with Petroassist's Irish distributor network.
Develop joint business plans with distributors to drive sales and market expansion.
Provide product training, sales support, and pre-sales guidance to channel partners.
Monitor and support partner sales pipelines, assist with quotation development, and help drive project conversions.
Identify gaps in market coverage and develop new distributor opportunities where appropriate.
Coordinate with internal pre-sales, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful partner operations.
Track performance metrics, forecasts, and partner activity using CRM tools.
Represent Petroassist at regional trade events, exhibitions, and partner meetings in Ireland.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in channel sales, distributor management, or indirect B2B sales.
Background in forecourt technology, industrial systems, energy infrastructure, or a similar technical field is advantageous.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and sales enablement strategies.
Proven track record of managing multiple partners or regional accounts.
Full driving licence and ability to travel across Ireland regularly.

Organised and able to manage a multi-partner environment independently.
Able to deliver product presentations and coordinate pre-sales efforts with distributors.
