We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong background in managing multi-site sales teams. You'll have proven commercial awareness, the ability to coach and develop others and the confidence to drive high performance across the region. This role also offers a clear progression route for the right candidate into

Head of Territory

as part of our continued growth and succession planning.

You'll be responsible for regional sales performance, customer satisfaction and team development, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Executives to ensure consistency, maximise opportunities and uphold Windsor's standards.

The main day to day duties of a Regional Sales Manager (but not limited to) are:



Leadership and Team Management



Leading, coaching and motivating Sales Managers and Sales Executives. Conducting regular performance reviews, PDPs and one to ones. Setting clear objectives and KPIs and reviewing performance through structured check-ins. Supporting succession planning and personal development across the regional team. Ensuring consistent standards in customer engagement, reporting and sales activity.

Team Oversight and Field Engagement



Carrying out regular field visits and attending customer meetings with team members. Completing 2-3 weekly check-ins with each Sales Manager or Executive. Supporting deal closing daily and reviewing developing opportunities. Approving exceptional pricing or out-of-policy requests in line with company processes. Sharing promotions, campaigns and incentives weekly. Identifying training needs and working with HR, OEMs and internal departments to coordinate support.

Regional Sales Strategy and Planning



Building and delivering an effective regional sales plan aligned with business goals. Reviewing market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to identify growth opportunities. Managing regional budgets, forecasts and profitability. Ensuring effective territory coverage and resource allocation. Driving implementation of national sales campaigns.

Team Development and Field Training



Acting as the regional product portfolio specialist. Providing hands-on coaching, joint customer visits and technical training. Attending sales and OEM training to maintain strong technical and commercial knowledge. Identifying skills gaps and arranging further training or mentoring where required.

Customer and Account Management



Supporting Sales Managers with key or strategic accounts. Building senior-level customer relationships across the region. Reviewing quotations, contracts and tenders to ensure quality and compliance. Maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Sales Operations Oversight



Ensuring the team follows Windsor's full sales process from opportunity creation to order handover. Overseeing CRM usage, pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. Monitoring KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates and activity levels. Reviewing quotes and proposals for profitability and alignment with company guidelines.

Collaboration and Cross Functional Alignment



Working closely with Marketing, Operations and internal teams to support joined-up customer delivery. Liaising with OEMs and suppliers where required. Encouraging collaboration between branches and sharing best practice. Providing structured feedback to senior management.

Reporting and Administration



Preparing and presenting regional performance reports. Ensuring CRM and reporting systems are always up to date. Leading regional sales meetings and contributing to national reviews. Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety standards and customer requirements.
