Role summary:



The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within Mitsubishi Electric, responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to deliver regional sales growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic market development. This role ensures the deployment of the regional business plan through structured sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and high-performance team development.

Qualifications:



Knowledge and experience of the UK Construction industry key commercial behaviours, players and relationships. Minimum five years' experience of leading, managing and building high performing commercial teams (Desirable) Demonstrable experience of successfully coaching and developing colleagues providing the business with high potential talent pool for succession planning (desirable). In-depth knowledge of the Commercial HVAC industry both within the region and over the UK as a whole (desirable)

Skills/Responsibilities:



To be successful in this role you will need to:



Ensure regional sales revenue and margin targets are met or exceeded. Maintain quotation pipeline (value & volume) aligned with growth targets across product lines and market sectors. Lead the Account Management team to qualify, target, shape, and capture demand in the region. Ensure each Account Manager maintains a balanced portfolio capable of delivering 3m-5m annual sales Build and maintain senior-level relationships with regional customers Lead customer engagement initiatives including events, feedback loops, and satisfaction surveys. Line manage 4-8 Account Managers, setting clear objectives and development plans.
