Summary
We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team covering the Lincs, Northants, Leicestershire and Notts areas. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence while aligning with our core values of service excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with B2B clients across the region.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and support the regional sales team.
Identify new market trends and business opportunities.
Represent Timber Services at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales within the timber or related industries.
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
