With our head office in Bedfordshire and eight depots across the country, we are on an exciting growth journey and looking to strengthen our sales team to support our customer base. We are currently seeking a skilled

Regional Sales Manager

to join our team in the North

West

region.

As an established Sales Professional

,

you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by targeting a wide portfolio of customers in the area. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director of Power, and collaborating closely with the regional management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Your duties will include generating growth by acquiring new business and nurturing lapsed accounts to increase our market share.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Generate growth by acquiring new business and nurturing lapsed accounts to increase revenue across the region. Collaborate with management on sales goals to maintain a future pipeline within your area. Working with the business to achieve and maintain KPIs and targets set. Support the team with other responsibilities to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:



A proven track record of 3+ years' experience in a field sales position within the generator hire sector. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs. Strong problem-solving and contingency planning skills. Ability to build strong internal relationships with operational teams to support customer needs. A structured approach to territory sales planning, customer management, and managing the sales pipeline. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.
