Area to be covered: West Midlands, South West & South Wales (can be flexible on location)
Remuneration: 50,000 - 60,000+ depending on experience + bonus
(For a National Key Accounts or National Sales Manager can pay significantly more)
Benefits: 500 car allowance or company car & benefits package
The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating will involve:

• Regional Sales Manager position selling a range of radiators
• All of your time will be spent selling to independent plumbers merchants
• Targets to achieve circa 300k first years
• 1st year 15,000 radiators sold, 2nd year 25,000 and 30,000 in year 3
• Majority of the accounts will come from your own black book of contacts

The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating with:

• Must have a demonstrable sales track record selling to independent plumbers merchants
• Must have a black book of independent plumbers merchants
• Must have related HVAC / plumbing & heating product experience
• Ideally 10-15 years' experience in the industry
• Comfortable with working within a competitive environment
• Strong negotiation / closing skills
