There is an opportunity to join our team as Regional Service Manager. The position is remote, reporting in to the Operations Manager
The role:
As the Southern Regional Service manager, you will be accountable for:
Lead and manage our Southern engineering teams
Ensure compliance with procedures including H&S, SLA's & environmental
Ensure engineering performance metrics are achieved
Resource planning
Point of escalation for operational challenges
Consistently meeting service level agreements
Operational involvement with Key account customers
Training and development of all engineers
Managing subcontractors
Auditing and authorising service department running cost's
Maximising revenue generation of engineers
The successful candidate must be able to:
Lead procedural implementation
Identify and implement best practice
Bring calm leadership to stressful situations
Offer friendly and approachable support
