As a Regional Service Manager, you'll oversee a group of supported living services and residential homes, guiding and inspiring teams to deliver person-centred support that enables people to thrive.
You'll work closely with your service managers to create an environment where learning disabled adults feel valued, empowered, and in control of their lives. Your leadership will shape services that promote independence, achievement, and choice, while supporting your teams to grow, succeed, and flourish.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Regional Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of your Region, leading and inspiring your teams across multiple locations, ensuring that people we support live fulfilling, valued, and independent lives. You'll:
Provide visible, values-driven leadership, role-modelling Hft's culture and behaviours across your region
Oversee safe, high-quality, person-centred care across Supported Living and Residential Care settings
Oversee and support a team of managers holding CQC registration for their services
Be accountable for operational performance, including KPIs, metrics, and regulatory standards
Implement strategic and operational frameworks that turn the "Your Life. Your Way." vision into everyday practice.
Support and develop your leadership team, fostering an inclusive, positive culture that promotes growth and engagement
Collaborate with peers and senior managers to shape and deliver regional objectives
Resolve complex care and support issues, using insight and data to drive effective, sustainable solutions
Monitor performance, staffing levels, and recruitment to ensure safe and sustainable services
Build trusted relationships with families, carers, partners, and external agencies
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and quality across all services in your region
Who You Are
You're passionate about enabling learning disabled adults to live life their way. You bring:
Experience leading services for learning disabled adults, ideally across multiple locations.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete).
Strong leadership skills that empower teams, promote independence, and create positive outcomes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, warm, and inclusive approach that inspires confidence and collaboration.
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport.
