About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Regional Service Quality Manager

to oversee and enhance the quality of care services across a group of care homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care home operations, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

You will work closely with operations teams, care home managers, and frontline staff to ensure exceptional care standards are consistently met. This is an opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that prioritises both resident satisfaction and staff wellbeing.

Reports to:

Regional Operations Manager / Operations Director

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategies to elevate service quality across all care homes. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive corrective actions. Collaborate with home managers to implement quality initiatives and improve care delivery. Provide training, support, and guidance on maintaining quality standards. Stay current with industry regulations and trends to ensure continuous improvement. Support managers in preparing for external inspections and audits. Investigate incidents and complaints, implementing preventive measures where needed.

Skills & Attributes



Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home sector. Strong knowledge of

CQC standards

and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to inspire, support, and develop care home teams.

Education & Qualifications



NMC-registered nurse qualification preferred (not essential). Relevant post-registration or care management experience.
