This is an excellent new opportunity for a

Regional Site Assessor

to play a key role in supporting Greenergy Flexigrid by maintaining safe systems of work across the

South of England (RG, OX, HP and West London region)

. Based within this region, you'll travel to customer sites to collect technical and risk information, produce comprehensive Site Delivery Instructions and contribute to continuous improvement across our operations. Working within the SHEQ team, you'll help ensure that Flexigrid's fuel deliveries remain safe, compliant and aligned with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities





Ensure accuracy of information and data

+ Maintenance and upskilling where required to ensure up to date with latest legislation
+ Establish and maintain comprehensive Site Delivery Instruction documents
+ Support maintenance and align the Site Delivery Instruction document to the business needs and ensure relevance to the requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

+ Identify internal and external key stakeholders and develop relationships to ensure strong communication channels are in place and maintained
+ Manage expectations though workload planning to ensure site visits are conducted in a timely manner to meet business needs

Manage and planning of workload

+ Plan own work effectively and autonomously
+ Identify where local resource can support and request support to maintain efficiency to achieve cost efficiency
+ Deputise for Lead Site Assessor where required
+ Timely and professional response to requests

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and implement/share learnings

+ Attend relevant courses, seminars for information gathering and cross-reference against current controls and revise where required

System development

+ Seek to improve the process associated to the collection and write up of Site Delivery Instructions




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Essential:

NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) Experience working within road haulage operations with a good geographical knowledge Experience in Risk Assessing or Risk Management DSEAR knowledge Demonstrable safety experience and supporting qualifications A pragmatic approach to risk management and problem solving UK full driving licence Excellent written and communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written documentation and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Proficient in Office365, Teams, Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to work outside of standard hours whilst maintaining efficiency

Desirable:

Experience working within the fuel industry or similar HGV driving experience DSEAR and HAC modelling experience Knowledge of fuel delivery process or forecourt retail operations
