Summary

We are seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to join our dynamic team at More Time UK Ltd. This role will involve overseeing cleaning operations across your own designated area (

South England

), ensuring quality standards are met while fostering a positive work environment. The position is based in Great Britain and plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

There is a possible requirement that you will attend to some site visits within your own area, whilst it is rare it is important that you are mobile and willing to undertake this part of the role should it arise.

Responsibilities

Remote Lead and manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficient operations. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain quality control. Manage schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory role or similar position. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving goals. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning. This is a remote position so must be able to work well and to cover your own delegation and scheduling.
