About the Role:
Lead our company-wide induction programme, helping new colleagues succeed.
Develop and deliver engaging, creative training packages that support professional development.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align with best practices, legislation, and new learning methodologies.
Build strong relationships with Area Directors, Service Managers, and colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver induction training and regulatory frameworks for new colleagues.
Create and deliver innovative training packages to support ongoing development.
Ensure all training is up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines.
Provide coaching and feedback to support team growth and success.
What We're Looking For:
Must be educated at
degree level
qualification (masters preferable)
Experience in the care sector (Adult/Children Social Care, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health).
Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
Proven experience delivering training with a focus on regulatory requirements.
Strong coaching, feedback, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of learning and development theory and application.
Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape.
