As a Regional Veterinary Field Sales Representative, you will visit veterinary practices to educate teams about Raman Pharma's services and solutions. Working directly with the CEO you will build strong relationships with veterinary stakeholders to achieve top-line sales targets. Taking responsibility for developing and executing Raman Pharma's commercial, sales and marketing strategies across your designated region, you will maintain complete autonomy and have the opportunity to demonstrate significant leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
With experience in a field sales role, commercial awareness and with strong negotiation skills, ideally you will have a background in a pharmaceutical or veterinary environment or within a related industry.
Capable of developing and maintaining account plans for the top clinics, you will be comfortable analysing and interpreting actual and potential customer sales and growth opportunities and excel at proactively identifying and acting on customer opportunities to drive business growth.
With outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, along with your excellent MS Office and CRM systems skills, you will be exceptionally organised, resilient and have a high work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A valid UK driving licence, frequent travel within the territory and occasional overnight stays along with the ability to attend national congresses and industry events across the UK are essential. A valid UK Passport with a right to work in the UK without sponsorship is also essential.
