The Regional Wellbeing Support will work with the Head of Wellbeing to develop and implement a high-quality well-being and activity programme which will improve the quality of life for residents living within the Avery Healthcare Group. The role involves supporting a regional portfolio of homes, contributing to the strategic direction of the overall Resident Experience, and providing training and support to well-being and activity coordinators across the Avery Homes.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Wellbeing Support will be responsible for organizing, planning, and delivering activities to a high standard, enhancing the well-being of residents. They will also contribute to the strategic direction of the overall Resident Experience, ensure that well-being and activity core standards exceed regulatory requirements, conduct regular home support visits and audits, and provide training to well-being and activity coordinators.
