The Role

We are seeking a Registered Branch Manager to lead our brand-new Sunderland branch. This is a rare opportunity to establish and shape a new service from the very beginning. As the CQC Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for operational leadership, compliance, quality assurance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the branch and act as CQC Registered Manager Ensure services meet CQC standard - safe, caring, effective, responsive, and well-led Recruit, lead, and develop a new team of care staff and supervisors Manage compliance, safeguarding, and quality audits Oversee budgets, KPIs, and resource planning Build strong relationships with commissioners, NHS partners, and families

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Registered / Branch Manager in domiciliary care or supported living Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Strong understanding of CQC requirements and inspection readiness Excellent leadership, organisation, and people management skills A driver with access to a vehicle
