Queens Park Care is proud to partner with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their luxury nursing home in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.Stage One - Video call interview with the Senior Management Team Stage Two - In-person interview with the Owners

The Candidate:

Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within medium/large nursing homes Achieved CQC Inspection ratings of Good and above in all areas Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees Possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5 Clinical qualification is desirable - A proven track record of leading a clinical team is essential*
Excellent communicative skills Demonstrate excellent leadership Knowledge of CQC Guidelines Driving license and own vehicle are required

Location:

The care home is based in Bushey and is commutable from Barnet, Borehamwood, Harrow, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Northwood, Pinner, Potters Bar, Rickmansworth, St Albans, Stanmore, Watford, Wembley, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas.
