Job Title: Registered Home Manager




Salary

: 46,000 - 56,000 DOE plus 15% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly

Hours: Full Time




Location: Sleaford, NG34 9PL

Salary - We pay top quartile market salaries Pay Rises - Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 20% per annum in addition to any cost of living increase Bonus - 15% of salary based on SMART objectives paid quarterly Share Incentive Reward Scheme - All our management team are offered real shares in Jasmine Healthcare based on their annual objectives performance Development Plan - We have scheme for Home Managers to develop into a Regional Support Manager (if they wish) once they have achieved the Jasmine Aims at their home CQC Compliance Thank You Scheme - Home Managers receive up to 4,900 for a successful all Good CQC inspection and up to 9,800 for an overall Outstanding CQC inspection. Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection CQC Registration Bonus - 1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC Holiday - 33 Days including Bank Holidays On-call - We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work. Therefore we have put an on-call in place that ensures that our home managers are never on-call at weekends. Pension - We encourage everyone to sign-up for our NEST Pension Scheme, which we contribute 3% of salary to Bonusly Points - These are exchangeable for various vouchers or cash (with all tax paid by Jasmine) via PayPal. They are earned by all team members obtaining recognition from your colleagues, good mandatory training, good attendance, and various other ways all team members contribute positively to the team and our residents' lives Training - All relevant qualifications are fully funded to help you progress, and we will reward you with a financial bonus of 500 for an NVQ 5 or 7 Refer a friend incentive - Up to 1,000 for referring a suitable team member Employee Assistance Programme - Access to free counselling and valuable well-being advice 24/7
A little about St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home:

St Andrew's is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager:

To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by:


Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant; and Ensuring your home is full at all times
Whilst always prioritising the above, the job holder must also ensure their home's profitability, in order to maximise the money available to reinvest in improving their home, Jasmine's other homes, and for Jasmine to purchase additional under-performing homes, as part of its mission to improve elderly care


Essential Requirements for Home Manager*:


Minimum of three years' experience as a Deputy Manager of a residential / nursing home NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse) Full Driving Licence Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents) Must live 30 miles of Care Home and / or within 30minutes drive per google maps
Preferred Requirements for Home Manager:

Three years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7
