We are currently searching for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our growing
CQC registered
home care service in south Essex. As this is a growing office, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to become a best-in-class care provider, building from the ground up, with an excellent support structure behind you from Caremark.
The Support
As this is a growing service, there will be variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, giving you a great opportunity to guide the organisation for the future. As the registered care manager, you will have the support of the business owner and access to a team of support advisors to help establish our home care services in the local area. We have achieved CQC registration and therefore have the policies and procedures in place for success.
The Role
As our Registered Care Manager you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of the office including recruiting and managing your team.
Ensuring compliance with CQC, Legislation, and Industry Standards.
Being the initial point of contact with new and existing customers, local authorities, and outside agencies.
Support business growth, using marketing and recruitment strategies to help increase customers and staff.
Help in the design and delivery of in-house training courses.
About you
The ideal candidate for the role will have prior experience as a care manager or deputy care manager and has the drive to wish to build a best-in-class service. You will be adaptable to understand that no two days are the same in care, and that, as the service grows, you can continue to grow and develop with the responsibilities of your role.

NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or Equivalent

Salary up to 45,000 (depending on experience) including a performance related bonus
