Your Mission:

Lead day-to-day operations and drive further growth Ensure CQC compliance and deliver outstanding care outcomes Inspire, develop, and expand your team of care professionals Recruit new carers and increase branch hours Own commercial performance and quality standards

What You'll Bring:

Proven management experience in a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing, or similar) Experience with CQC standards is desirable, but we're happy to support the right candidate to develop this knowledge Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A passion for person-centred care and a values-driven approach
