Your Role
As Registered Care Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Esher branch, ensuring it grows into a trusted, high-performing service in the local community.
You will:
Recruit, develop, and inspire your own team of care professionals
Register with CQC and maintain full compliance from the outset
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local partners
Drive business growth and increase care hours
Manage operational performance, quality, and financial targets
Establish a positive, people-focused culture
This is a
hands-on leadership role
for someone who thrives on building something from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education, or similar)
Experience or understanding of CQC standards (desirable but not essential)
Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A passion for delivering person-centred care
