Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the home in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted expectations.
Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled and compassionate care team.
Embed trauma-informed and child-focused practices into all aspects of care.
Maintain safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
Build strong working relationships with local authorities and key partners.
Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the service.

What You Bring
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) - Essential
Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a children's residential setting
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted standards
Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and partnership-working skills
Passion, resilience, and commitment to making a difference

On-call duties shared on a rota
